I have never given a testimonial before, but I felt it was needed. Victoria produced a white glove service I had not seen from an agent before. Her sprinter van limo collected us from the airport and took us to our hotel. All our travel, hotels and restaurants were booked by her team and the next morning Victoria collected us and showed us all the homes we wanted to view on Fisher Island. It was pleasant and seamless, and we bought for below asking and with so many extras. Ms. Shorten also gifted my wife a Birkin Bag after the sale went through! It was a great experience, and she is someone we would call a friend. We have referred her since to many friends.
I am always dubious when using new real estate agents, but Victoria was recommended by a friend. From start to finish, she was streets above her peers. We met the day after our call and Victoria has images and video done the next day. It was listed and advertised more professionally than our previous properties and sold in less than two weeks. Victoria also rented another property of ours on Fisher Island, and we are exploring new houses to buy at present. She is a kind Irish girl we now call a friend and excellent at what she does.
